CA Hemlata Jain is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2006.She is tech savvy and has done Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) in year 2011 and she is a rank holder in DISA . She also completed Certificate Course run by ICAI on “Concurrent Audit of Banks” in the year 2021. CA HemlataJain has joined the firm in 2010. She is one of the senior partners in the firm.

She is Dealing with the Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, RevenueAudit and Concurrent Audit of various Organization, PSU, and Bank etc. She has single handly carried out Statutory Audit of the Nationalised banks allotted to the firm since her introduction in the firm. She has experience in Special Audit and Stock Audit of large borrowers as required by Banks. Independently handling the TDS & Income Tax Work of different Govt. Depts. Handled TDS work, Income Tax work, Service Tax jobs and GST assignments.

She has expertise in Preparation of project report along with liasioning with bank, She has experience in Preparing application and arranging Term loan with Bank . Preparing application and arranging working capital loan with Bank. She has Strong analytical & organizational abilities with adeptness in formulating accounting systems and preparing accounting records/financial statements. She is in-charge of our Indore Branch Office.
